Best journey ever in a camper van across northern New Zealand Philip, Paul and Kash were really nice with us and explained us everything to have a safe and pleasant trip. Will definitely recommend and reserve in this agency again for our next trip, this time, in southern New Zealand

We were very happy with checkout process. The communication was excellent and the support provided was great. With the bedding, we did not receive any pillow, but only the pillowcases. The vehicle was somewhat difficult to drive. A little bit more information on orientation would’ve been helpful. Cl...

The Indie Camper team was super helpful. Loved the rooftop tent, so comfy!!! We were travelling with three people so opted to rent an additional tent and I definitely don't recommend doing this. The tent was small and not suitable for the weather. We ended up buying a tent after the first night. ...

Only cleanliness complaint was that the cups weren’t all cleaned, and had grown mould in the bottom - these were easily washed but was a little gross to find. And the QR code on the windscreen when scanned to find manuals only said “coming soon” so not much help. Had a great trip, the rooftop tent w...

One tip: on The webpage of The Trekker it would have been Nice if it were mentioned that the Trekker is not self-contained and what that means in NZ. This would have altered our choice. Otherwise: all fine! Prima auto met 4WD! Is niet self-contained dus de meer remote plekken kun je niet op staan

Kashish was excellent, so helpful and welcoming! No improvements! Vehicle was great! I would suggest installing a mosquito net in the back so the doors can be open.

We booked this camper van because the website stated and advertised that Indie Campers operated out of Auckland Airport. The booking confirmation then said a different address which was very confusing. We then had to pay for Ubers both ways from Auckland airport and would like to be reimbursed for t...

The only thing on pick up was that we were not informed of some glass thing that is above the cook top. We saw bits of broken glass on our first use of the stove and asked when dropping off. Seems there is a glass plate missing from there upon giving it to us and it was not mentioned. Drop off was e...

We bought a doormat to keep the interior clean. Could be a useful inclusion to the essentials kit?

A small step in the car would be nice to reach fridge and things in the back easier. The car with pop up tent and kitchen in the back is really great. Everything works perfectly and is very well done. The bed ist comfortable and stable. Good weather is important cause cooking in the rain is not real...

A more comprehensive run through of the van and all its features. This was our first time renting a camper, any questions we had were answered, but equally, we didn't know about some things in an advance to be able to ask questions. Also, we were misinformed about which way was on/off on the gas mea...
