Hi there. We had a very enjoyable 3.5 month rental period with Indie Campers. My positive comments are that the vehicle operated pretty magnificently. We only had one issue with the water pump but we went to a depot in Lisbon and it was handled magnificently. Super good service. Interior met expectations. Would prefer a fridge that works on gas and not power but...... Positive comments for on road support. Generally they were pretty responsive. Sometimes we had to actually prod answers out of them so I felt they were rushed or not very engaged with what was going on. That said they were responsive. Pick up and drop off was handled fine. The van was equipped with an assortment of equipment including kitchen gear that was mostly cobbled together last minute and not really extensive. We had to buy a lot of kitchen gear that we left at the depot when we turned it in. Negative: We are still waiting on our final invoice. Also we are awaiting information on what I think are traffic penalties. No one is explaining this to us. Two other negatives would be although our turn in dropoff experience was fine we really don't like being told how to rate an employee. He was pretty adamant that we rate him a certain way. Also on a side note we tried to book a very long journey with you for next year under the Black Friday sale and it kept saying it couldn't book the trip online. So I sent a support message and have received no legitimate response to my inquiry. If someone wants to contact me I'd like to discuss why it wasn't working.

It's a perfect trip with the van.

For 2 adults and 2 children (10 years and 7 years), it is ideal. We were able to move around and park easily thanks to the size of the vehicle. Be careful regarding the upper sleeping area; it is advisable to have favorable weather.

I agreed with your online team to an earlier check out but needed to wait 105 minutes at the station because they didn't lock in my desired drop off time but instead the time that I said I needed to leave the very latest. Therefore I had a super stressful morning. Kudos however for the local guy who was extremely friendly and sorry and once he arrived handled things quite well. Also cheers for covering the taxi. Therefore still would recommend it but would recommend to confirm the times in the chat again in case of changes.

Adie at the office in Bordeaux was fantastic. A enjoyable way to see France 🇫🇷 😀

Campervans are great, would recommend to others. Indie campers add-on charges are a bit annoying though.
