Größerer Campingtisch zum mieten. 60x40 zu klein. Qualitativ bessere Camping Stühle. Sehr unbequem. Zur Grundausstattung sollten Tassen und Gläser und kleine Löffel gehören. Shuttle Service vom/zum Flughafen/Bahnhof zur Verfügung stellen Marco Polo ist sehr angenehm zum reisen und fahren. Dadurch das es ein „Auto“ und kein Van ist kommt man super schnell von Ort zu Ort Die Matratze ist sehr dünn und der Lattenrost dazu machen das schlafen unbequem. Da der Platz sehr begrenzt ist, ist man mit zwei Erwachsen und einen kleinen Hund 5kg schon sehr am Limit. Trotzdem tolles Auto und hatten super zwei Wochen.

Larger camping table for rent. 60x40 too small. Better quality camping chairs. Very uncomfortable. The basic equipment should include cups and glasses and small spoons. Provide a shuttle service from/to the airport/train station. Marco Polo is very comfortable to travel and drive. Because it is a "car" and not a van, you can get from place to place very quickly. The mattress is very thin and the slatted frame make sleeping uncomfortable. As the space is very limited, you are already at the limit with two adults and a small 5kg dog. Nevertheless, it was a great car and we had a great two weeks.

Sinon tout était top .👍😉 Premier séjour en van, Celui ci correspondait parfaitement à la description , tout fonctionnait parfaitement , rien à dire. Juste le check in explicatif du van un peu rapide pour des novices mais on apprend sur le tas😉et une vidéo explicative est dispo.Pour le check out un petit papier ou autre pour nous confirmer que tout est OK et nous rassurer serait bien aussi . Un service de taxi ou navette de l aéroport ( car prix excessif des taxis pour 6km ) serait pas mal 😉Mais sinon rien à redire sur le produit et service.

Check in less fast in the explanation for novices like us, it was the first experience in a van. Otherwise everything was great. 👍😉 First stay in a van, This one corresponded perfectly to the description, everything worked perfectly, nothing to say. Just the explanatory check in of the van a little fast for novices but we learn on the job 😉and an explanatory video is available. For the check out a small paper or other to confirm that everything is OK and reassure us would be good too. A taxi or shuttle service from the airport (because excessive price of taxis for 6km) would not be bad 😉But otherwise nothing to complain about the product and service.

Everything up to expectations. Good additional advice from the local representative on camping options and interesting apps. Mercedes Marco Polo offers excellent driving experience and is perfect to house 2 or max 3 adults.

Bessere Grundausstattung der Küche - Schneidemesser, Mokka etc. Die Leuchtanzeigen des VANS waren teilweise verwirrend - Grauwasseranzeige leuchtete ständig. Ansonsten gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für vier Personen nur geeignet, wenn man gut befreundet ist.

Better basic kitchen equipment - cutting knife, mocha etc. The VANS's indicator lights were sometimes confusing - the grey water indicator was constantly lit. Otherwise good value for money. Only suitable for four people if you are good friends.

The two employees that helped check us in were absolutely wonderful!!!. I do think some manuals in the actual van would be great since we did not have good internet service to uset he QR codes most of the time. Customer support was very helpful and also the local team was superb!!! The only thing was that the battery wasn't working great and the gauge kept fluctuating from full to empty constantly and would just run out of battery in an hour then be charged again. was very fishy.

Well maintained vehicle. Clean. Very good service, friendly people. I truly recommend Indië Campers. Only the state of the curtains of the vehicle could be better.

The interior was of low build quality but the layout was nice and enjoyed our time. Outside had quite some damage

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, hanno risposto con pazienza a tutte le domande sul van che abbiamo noleggiato, e fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie. Eravamo in ritardo sul ritiro a causa di un ritardo del bus. Sarebbe stato più semplice avere un contatto locale anziché un call centre, per poter avvertire con anticipo del nostro ritardo. Sarebbe utile fornire un contatto del deposito locale, anche solamente nel giorno stesso del ritiro, per evitare questi disguidi.

Very kind and helpful staff, they patiently answered all the questions about the van we rented, and provided us with all the necessary information. We were late for the pick-up due to a bus delay. It would have been easier to have a local contact rather than a call center, to be able to warn in advance of our delay. It would be useful to provide a contact of the local depot, even just on the same day of pick-up, to avoid these mix-ups.
