We had an overall good experience with our Indie Camper. However, we did experience certain issues on the trip. We were not told until pick up that the water system was winterized so we had no access to water for the trip. This caused us to change our plans of camping off-grid and we had to drive 50+ extra miles each day to go to and from the city to use showers/sinks/bathrooms. This change of plans caused us to exceed our mileage package; we would have chosen a higher package if we had known we couldn’t use the RV’s water. Additionally, our check engine light came on within an hour of driving, and the engine battery did not hold any charge the entire trip, meaning the car wouldn’t start on its own. This forced us to use the emergency start function every time we turned the car on. There were multiple instances where the leisure battery didn’t have enough charge to emergency start the car so we were stranded for up to an hour at a time waiting for the solar panel to charge enough to get the car started. The speakers did not output any sound either, which may have been part of the engine battery issue. When I contacted on-trip support our first night about this issue, I never got a response for the entirety of my trip, so I was left driving the car 1000+ miles with the check engine light on. Aside from these issues, the sleeping situation and fridge were great, and regardless of any setbacks we still had a great trip out to Moab, Utah. If these issues were handled properly, I would choose Indie Campers again.

Had a great 10 days road trip during late Winter from Denver to San Francisco. The camper felt a bit battered but that mostly reduced our anxiety of breaking a shiny new vehicle. Would definitely rent again.

Great service from Indie Campers. Staff were very friendly and helpful during pick up and drop off. Quick and easy turnaround. Van was spacious and easy to drive.

Used it for local travel experience. Did not use interior water or bathroom features. Overall happy with the RV.

When in doubt go with the bigger unit. Space is a premium!

The solis camper is a great van for exploring. With 2 people it’s spacious and comfortable inside yet easy to drive and park places. Plenty of storage inside and heat is a plus on the cold nights!

It was our first time traveling in a camper and we liked it a lot. There were details like the cleanliness that were bothersome. But the rest of the things were very good and we had a very nice experience traveling in the camper. So much so that we extended our days.

A good sized motorhome which was comfortable.

The RV was perfect for our group. Drove nicely, very clean, and the check in & out process was easy and explained well. Many people were impressed we rented an RV and it was a fun experience.
