Si je recommence l’expérience, je prendrai un plus petit van sans douche. Certaines fonctionnalités ne fonctionnaient pas (j’ai déjà envoyé photos et commentaires) mais n’a en rien gêné le séjour. Cependant, il n’est pas juste d’écrire « no dammage » sur le contrat de loc alors que le van a des défauts intérieurs comme extérieurs. La personne qui s’est occupé du check out a été très compréhensive . Merci!

If I do the experience again, I will take a smaller van without a shower. Some features did not work (I have already sent photos and comments) but did not hinder the stay in any way. However, it is not fair to write “no damage” on the rental contract when the van has interior and exterior defects. The person who took care of the check out was very understanding. THANKS!

It was absolutely perfect. I've got all the informations i need and the vehicle was exactly as expected. Great advises and explanations by the friendly scottish/french guy when picking up the van. Thank you very much that was perfect

Il pourrait être intéressant de fournir un bidon de adblue. Toutes les stations n’en ont pas surtout sur les îles. Super séjour d’une semaine en ecosse. Le van était top et adapté à nos attentes. À refaire !

It might be interesting to provide a can of adblue. Not all stations have them, especially on the islands. Great week-long stay in Scotland. The van was great and suited our needs. To do again!

The waiting area is very small and we weren’t sure anyone knew we were there and waiting for a while, since there’s no receptionist. When we were helped, it was quick and informative, the person helping did a great job. Some of the screen/window cover latches were broken, so we could have full privacy in the van without rigging a temporary cover. Very good job checking out.

Take your time explaining check in details re van functions and deposits etc…. It was a bit rushed and communication was a little difficult. But over all pretty good. We loved our van, it suited us perfectly for the first time camping in a van. The sliding door was a pain though and there’s a handle that you can’t reach ?? But mpg was much better than I thought, and the seats were comfortable as was the bed. Heating the van didn’t take long to heat up in the morning. We loved Winnie ( the vans name)

N/a Tout très bien sauf le voyant « problème moteur » orange qui s’est mis et gros problème de puissance sur le véhicule. Je n’ai pas demandé d’assistance car c’était la veille du retour. Étonnant cependant pour un véhicule avec seulement 20k km. Sinon tout le reste très bien. Merci, Vincent

N/a Everything very good except the orange "engine problem" light that came on and major power problem on the vehicle. I did not ask for assistance because it was the day before the return. Surprising however for a vehicle with only 20k km. Otherwise everything else very good. Thank you, Vincent

Zorgvuldige uitleg gekregen van Nikhil! Na ongeveer 30km begaf de versnellingsbak het. We werden telefonisch van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en kwamen uiteindelijk uit bij de klantendienst in Portugal (we huurden een camper in Schotland voor alle duidelijkheid). Gelukkig regelde Nikhil van het plaatselijke team in Edinburgh een vervangcamper en wachtte hij in onze plaats op de takeldienst (die maar liefst 5 uur op zich liet wachten). Wij konden dankzij hem onze reis verder zetten en hadden verder een hele aangename reis.

Received careful explanation from Nikhil! After about 30km the gearbox broke down. We were sent from pillar to post by phone and finally ended up at the customer service in Portugal (we rented a camper in Scotland to be clear). Fortunately Nikhil from the local team in Edinburgh arranged a replacement camper and waited in our place for the towing service (which took no less than 5 hours). Thanks to him we were able to continue our journey and had a very pleasant journey.

The service received at Indie campers was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! No complaints from us :) We had a nomad van which was perfect for a family of 4!

Maybe a little more cleaning products and tea towels for the kitchen! Great experience, check your vehicle thoroughly and make sure you are happy with everything before you go and your trip will be pleasant! Team are always happy to help

We were satisfied with the campervan. The Indie team is very friendly. No specific things. Vehicle works well. Driving with Ducato is really confortable. We needed to refill add blue.

The team were lovely, the van was clean and a very smooth drive. Made our experience driving around Scotland a memorable one!

We loved the trip! One point for improvement would be to arrange insurance for people under 25. Had a very good trip! Camper had everything we needed.

Muy atentos los chicos del puesto local. Hemos tenido algun problema con la camper pero lo hemos resuelto a distancia. Ideal para 2, o para famílias.

The guys at the local stand were very attentive. We had some problems with the camper but they solved them remotely. Ideal for 2, or for families.

there was a broken blind, the oil sensor is too sensitive, the toilet wasn't empty, but overall the campervan was great as was the customer service!

French : Prendre plus de temps pour les explications sur place concernant les différents aspects du van, il nous manquait quelques infos : - Faire attention de ne pas s'enfermer dehors -Pas d'info sur la batterie sur le poste de contrôle - Quelques pièces détachées posée ici et là dans le van... -Quel degrés de nettoyage a effectuer pour la remise des clefs Sinon bon véhicule et personnel sympathique Nous avons loué un VW California, peu de kilomètres car nouvelle flotte de véhicules aillant un an seulement. Super véhicule pour deux en hiver et peut être un peu serré pour 4 en été, quoique... Prise en charge très rapide, voir trop rapide, quelque manque d'informations concernant les différents aspects et le matériel disponible, nous avons découvert au fil du voyage comment tourner les sièges avant, ou se trouvait la table qui se cache dans la portière latérale... Bien prendre des photos du van sous TOUTES ses coutures avant la prise en main, cela pourrait vous servir si il y avait des dommages peu visibles qu'ils n'avaient pas notifié ! Retour très rapide également et personnel très sympathique pour la remise des clefs. Ne pas hésiter à poser le maximum de question lors de la prise en charge. Superbe expérience en Ecosse, véhicule très adapté a tout type de voyageurs ! 5 jours de rêve a travers les Highlands écossais

Great vehicle for two in winter and can be a little tight for 4 in summer, although... Very fast support, even too fast, some lack of information concerning the different aspects and the equipment available, we discovered during the trip how to turn the front seats, where the table was hidden in the side door... Take photos of the van from ALL angles before taking charge, this could be useful to you if there was barely visible damage that they had not notified! Very fast return also and very friendly staff for the handover of the keys. Do not hesitate to ask as many questions as possible when picking up. Superb experience in Scotland, vehicle very suitable for all types of travelers! 5 dream days through the Scottish Highlands
