Great vehicle All staff very helpful and nice new van

Everything was great. Thanks you. Special callout to the guys on site. Indie campers provided an excellent vehicle and the personal service of the staff was wonderful. I whole heartily recommend.

Only minor flaws were gas ran out during the last night. We were told there would be plenty so don’t purchase another one in advance. Windscreen wash was empty. Team were fantastic though. A real credit to the company Great overall. Thanks for the experience.

Perhaps a checklist for the renters to fill out listing problems for repair. I think that would help the staff quickly identify and repair the problems. A kettle in the kitchen kit would be very useful. We loved our trip in the Nomad! Touring around SW England in the winter one does not expect the best of weather. The Nomad provided a warm comfortable haven to return to when the weather got too nasty. It was perfect for my husband and I, can't imagine four people sleeping/living in it though. The Nomad was perhaps a bit large for a few English seaside villages, and parking lots often presented a challenge, nevertheless, we did find most roads were easily navigated.

Loved the whole trip everything was great with the car! Only part that was annoying is that we payed to pick up early at 9am & then had to wait an hour till somebody came at 10 although you have said you will refund so that fine! Overall loved it and would use your service again!

A very simple collection process. Modern low mileage and well equipped vehicle, with all existing vehicle issues clearly and fairly detailed on the hire contract. The extra add on items are a worthwhile addition, unlimited mileage being the most valuable one. There are no facilities to leave your own vehicle securely on site, but there is a layby right outside the depot which has no parking restrictions, and this worked fine for me. I had an issue with the online ID gathering process, but the online helper assisted with this process, and all went extremely smoothly.

Delivery of the van was quite good, some small problems but everything was solvable with the assistance that indie campers gives you. For the trip the van was perfect. I recommend renting it. Perfect delivery, well organized. We asked for a favor to take us to the airport and they took us right away. Very kind.

Good to have the video. Probably needed a little more explanation about the heater but got it sorted. There was no one there at drop off and we couldn’t get anyone at first by phone. Eventually someone called us back. We left something in the van and we’re told it would be sent ups

Fantastic experience. Great dealing with the guy onsite, really nice chap. Van inside had a few stains on the seats but nothing too bad. Int and ext of the van must be so hard for the team to keep clean at this time of the year, so very happy with everything. If anything could be improved would maybe be some help with directions in the email. Getting in to the site from the one direction is a little confusing thanks to the road layout. Maybe a contact number for the depot. I had to contact customer service to get them to contact the depot let them know I might be a little late on collection. A direct line would have saved time and would have made the morning less stressful.

A little lost on check in, not super obvious where to go. Gas tank that was ordered wasn’t available. Refund made but would have preferred to have had it/had some warning that it wouldn't be there. Adblue warning came on immediately so we had to top that up ourselves. Really great service, the van was brilliant and felt highly functional, comfortable and modern. Friendly and easy service at check in and drop off. Would use again!

Had a super fun time getting a camper van with 2 buddies, everything worked perfectly and car was really nice to drive. Would def do again Make more features free would be better, simple things shouldn’t have to be add ons, they could simply be more features to enjoy in the trip

The biggest issue was the difference between the online quoted price - about £270 - and the eventual actual real-with-the-essential-extras price of around £870. This included extra mileage, extra insurance for that extra mileage, servicing, a full gas tank (surely an essential, not an extra) and so forth. The whole hiring process was unbelievably time-consuming compared with renting a car. The second issue was the lack of a contact phone number from the actual hiring office. I had to check several things before collection, such as vehicle dimensions, registration number for a campsite, electric socket type and size, and water hose connector; the phone call always went to some overseas call handler, who really has no skin in the game or direct knowledge of the vehicle. I wanted to speak directly to the people I had rented from, but no number was supplied until we actually drove away on the day of collection. See opposite for how you can improve the relationship. This was our first hiring in 30 years. The hiring process was complicated and stressful, and the final bill far more than we first expected. But it was a great van, and everything worked beautifully exactly as it should (and I'm not a great technician). You can quote me on that! It was very warm at night, in Wales in late autumn, and fuel efficient on the road. Access to the bunk beds is very tight, a hole about 18 inches square, which some will find difficult.

Good value for the money, I would recommend them as I were using them again Goog

Only issue for myself was location for collection and drop off. No parking for me to drive and leave the car. Other than that, a great experience
