The trip with the camper was wonderful, competent and kind staff. Some things didn't work perfectly (bed slats, fridge in gas mode, blackout curtains on the right side) but it absolutely did not compromise our trip. I will return to rent the camper with friends.

The Volkswagen California that I've rented was the perfect campervan for me, since I was by myself with my MTB and I could visit great small towns to do a bit of MTB rides, then chill in a great park or location in nature and enjoy without the hassle of staying only in a room (when we rent hotels).

The trip was great, we had a really good time with the camper. Everything worked perfectly and it was a lot of fun. I was a bit disappointed with the "Essential Kitchen Kit," in which we didn't even find forks. Perhaps they could add a salt and pepper shaker, a sponge, and a dish towel. It would also be helpful to know in advance what the Kitchen Kit includes, to better understand what you need to bring yourself. Unfortunately, most of the dishes were also not clean. Otherwise, the trip was truly a wonderful experience!

One note ... it was unclear to me that the heat could not be run with the external power cable attached. I got an E65 error (bad voltage) on the Temur heater/boiler if the power was attached. Just thought you should check that out. If I disconnected the cable and rebooted the unit it was fine.
