The initial pick-up tour glossed over alot of information and could be more comprehensive. The bedding kit gave us 2 fitted sheets so the top sheet wasn't really usable. The waste outlet pipe should include the sloped supporting structures to help connect properly into camp waste water systems. We got a brand new Class C Four Winds RV and we were super happy with it! It was our first time renting an RV and the driving and systems were nothing to be afraid of. We had such an amazing time driving through Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado! Would highly recommend Indie Campers!

More thorough review of van functions for those who have never used one before. Josh from the Los Angeles location was very helpful at check out!! Only issue with the van was the hose for water refill, incorrect size. Otherwise, everything was great! Would rent an Indie van again :)

The check-in was easy and straightforward, we got on the road quickly and were off on our vacation! There were a couple of things that came up along the trip: - The key fob randomly wouldn't work sometimes, so we had trouble locking and unlocking the vehicle. We could use the actual key to lock the driver-side door but we were unclear whether that was locking the other doors as well. - The shower door does not keep water from leaking out of the shower, so when we did shower we had to put a towel on the floor because so much water was leaking out. - The grey water valve was loosely attached to the tank, and one time when we were emptying the grey water, the whole valve piece detached and we had to replace it and tighten the pipe clamp to get it to stay on. Overall, the travel experience was great but those were just small things that came up that we thought you should be aware of. I would recommend Indie Campers to anyone! The staff was super kind and patient and explained everything well to us at check-in and check-out. The trip went smoothly and we only had to reach out to roadside assistance to inquire about tire pressure to make sure we were filling the tires to the right PSI. We stayed on public lands for the whole 8 days we traveled, so we did not pay for a campsite and never needed shore power! The heat worked well enough, the lowest temp we camped in was about 28 and we were toasty in the van. It was very smooth to drive, and the carplay setup ensured we had good music and podcasts entertaining us the whole way.

The van was not super clean on the inside with dirty dishes in the kitchen kit. The cleaning product that was used was overpowering in scent. It would have been nice to have an inverter. Those helping us were great.

The pillows that we have are really dirty. Even we have the pillow cover. It is still annoying. It was a great experience. Will definitely book again

You did great. I would have rented a Jeep without all the gear if that was an option. Just an idea for ya Great people, very friendly and supportive explaining how tibiae the equipment. The Jeep was great

Could not reach office by phone. Left a message but no one got back to me :( Other than this we had a perfect experience. We loved the wrangler! The 4x4 came in handy often as we were travelling during winter. Defs would recommend it to anyone looking for a compact camping option.

Both check out and check in reps were great. Van was as expected and tutorial videos and walk through by Mike were very helpful

Everything was great except the stove. It barely burned. I would recommend getting something like a Coleman 2-Burner that is more reliable. Overall great process and would rent from you all again!

Tiffany was great when we dropped off the van. Very professional, nice, and efficient. Check out was easy. Tiffany was great. We added an additional night mid-trip as well.

Having never created a camper van we didn’t know what to expect. As it was winter it turned out great. We were able to enjoy he many national parks while saying warm! It would be great for Winnebago to add a warmer to the water system as ours froze and broke. The team was great on return but we were without water for six days on our trip.

Check in was awesome! Mike helped me out, showed me all around the van and explain how everything worked. Super reassuring! Jeramy helped with check out! Great personality & super helpful. Made everything quick and easy.

Loved the experience from beginning to end for my 1st RV experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend to others and use services here again!

Overall my experience was extremely positive. There was some trash from the previous user but it wasn't visible so it is understandable taht the cleaning crew didn't see it. One of the chairs they gave us turned out to be broken so it was a shame since we paid extra for them. The personnel over at Indie Campers was extremely helpful. Shout out to Myk for making everything so easy!
