This is the second time that I rent with Indie Camper and I do think that this was a better experience. Overall, the RV was so clean. The only part that was dirty was the bed above the driver and passenger seats. I know that you guys have pre recorded the videos on how the campers work, but a quick refresher about how to dump the black and grey water tanks would have been great. Indie Camper is the best! They are quick to answer questions and make sure that you are on the road having the best experience. I hope to continue to use Indie Camper for years to come!

Everything was super easy Had an amazing 2weeks with our jeep wrangler, check in and check out was super easy. Highly recommend the jeep for ease of camping and driving through US roads. We did ~2400mi in total and it was a breeze.

Grey water was not emptied in our vehicle but they fixed it quickly once we brought it to their attention! Check engine light came on almost immediately after leaving the lot, cycled through a bunch of service warnings, but none were urgent warnings. Added a bit of extra stress but ultimately the vehicle made it through our trip fine!

* Very nice staff both in Los Angeles and San Francisco and very helpful. The vehicle was what I expected, the only thing I thought was that the bathroom would be a little bigger. The water connection to refill the tank did not connect well.

Promote Luis Gonzalez who checked us in. Everyone at the LA pick up and drop off was excellent from start to finish. The only thing you need to improve on is customer help during the trip. At no point could we speak to someone on the phone who could help us with urgent queries. Take my word for it. No one with an urgent problem wants to use a live chat robot instead of talking to a human.

Really great experience! Fridge was a little moldy but didn’t bother me and the staff at the LA location was super nice and helpful. Awesome van! It was just 2 of us and it was the perfect amount of space and really easy to drive as well!! Has all the amenities you could need on the road and out camping!
