Great, everything worked perfectly, make sure to check the blinds beforehand, how the gas works, and ask in detail about other uses of the camper, all the service was impeccable.

We only had an issue with the gas that was resolved at the Depot in Madrid. The only downside was that we had to spend time going back there ourselves. Other than that, everything was great. Congratulations and thanks to Gary for his work.

Gary and Jason are great hosts. They were very helpful. The VW California is ideal for a couple. We traveled in February in Spain and it was very warm inside.

The van met our expectations very well, it is super well equipped, the shower is wonderful, the adaptation in 68 days was wonderful overall, I highly recommend it.

Regarding the service provided by IndieCampers staff, I have nothing but praise. Whenever I needed assistance, I was helped quickly and courteously. As for the rental vehicle, I was also very satisfied. I rented an Atlas 5 automatic to travel with my wife and daughter. We picked up the car in Madrid and returned it in Barcelona after driving almost 2,700 kilometers over 13 days, staying overnight in eight different cities across Spain and Portugal. There was plenty of space to organize our luggage and all the daily essentials—cooking, sleeping, etc. The car offers great drivability and excellent performance on the road, although fuel consumption is high, and its size requires extra attention in traffic and when maneuvering. Unfortunately, the water and electricity reserves are very limited, requiring refills at least every other day (usually at paid campgrounds), even though we were just 3 people and saving as much as possible! (With five people on board, it must be even more challenging.) I hope IndieCampers finds a solution for this in future models by incorporating larger batteries and tanks, solar panels, and other possible improvements.

Magnificent vehicle and service from the staff.

Despite the negative reviews we read, which made us a bit tense about the return of the deposit, everything was perfect. The pick-up and drop-off were quick, and the staff who assisted us were very attentive. We didn't need roadside assistance, but we did use WhatsApp for some questions, and they resolved them immediately. The deposit was returned at the time of drop-off. The only issue was that the van hadn't been thoroughly cleaned inside, the burners were a bit dirty, and there were some ice creams in the freezer and a blade in the bathroom. Although overall it was clean. The operation of the van, including heating, water, shower, and kitchen, was perfect. I imagine it's a matter of luck and also having an interest in knowing how things work, trying them out with them at the drop-off, and above all, being careful. Good experience.
