Bit of sand in some places of the campervan Whatsapp customer team were amazing. Back Windows were not working properly, so we could not open them well during our trip.

Better chairs and table for outside use. Perfect camper for 2 persons and 2 kids. Not for 3 or more adults.

Great service, and the jimny was perfect for two people camping. The tent was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends who plan to camp while travelling

Dear Indie team, we had an excellent trip and the campervan was first class. But invest maybe 15 minutes more on site and go through the features with the customers so that 1. everything can be used and 2. above all, this is done correctly by the renter. Many people are having this experience for the first time. I would definitely recommend Indie, the campervan was first class and the equipment was fully comprehensive. I would be happy to go back!

The camping chairs were broken, the windows in the back were not really fixed, the toilet odor was strong and persistent during driving. We could have needed plastic wine glasses, towels a little carpet for outside to clean shoes and two big pots. Other than that a positive experience Connecting the gas was very hard and the buttons on the drawers were in parts too hard to handle.

Make it more clear which one of the extras is included vs not (i.e. do you need to pre purchase gas bottle or not, we did but ended up not using it but still paying for it for example). The UX of the checkout made it look like the essentials kit was included (camping chairs, table, bedding etc) but ended up not being so etc. Other than that we had a great experience and great support on whatsapp, thank you for an unforgettable trip! Hello Les Indies Campeurs. The truck perfectly matched our expectations but here are some recommendations/improvements that could be useful for future users: - Put several tea towels and not 1 as was the case. - 1 set of sheets and pillows was missing. - Double check the correct number of place settings... because we only had one knife. It would also be nice to have a vegetable peeler, a colander and a salad bowl. - The tarpaulin on the upper floor had been repaired with tape. - We had 2 windows that were malfunctioning, one the retaining system no longer even existed and the other the retaining screws did not work properly. - The dashboard window was cracked + we had several red, orange lights... that were displayed at certain times... and also no windshield washer fluid when we picked it up. We had to fill it up ourselves. - Putting a notice of the control panel for the lights, pumps... would be very useful. - The mattress of the top bunk is hard so less comfortable than the bottom one but it is less hot at the top. For the big ones it is easier to sleep at the top than at the bottom. - The child car seat that was lent to us was very good. We took out the premium insurance, and despite everything we had to pay a surcharge following a collision that probably happened to us when we were not in the truck.

The vehicle itself was very good, but the amenities could have been a little better. For this price, we would have appreciated having a fridge that could be plugged into an electrical outlet during our stops, or even additional storage and a water container that does not leak.

Would have been nice to know about the Linkt toll app before leaving. And the toilet being able to turn. Otherwise really great service.

Awesome guy Dean at the front desk in Melbourne!! Always send a survival kit as in tejp and steel brackets to mend broken poles hence the a bit sad quality in the arb tents poles. Or support poles. My roof pole broke hence to heavy rain and it wasn’t a lot of fun in the middle of the night. The size and function of the tent was awesome. A feature to detach the tent structure from the car would make it even better. H The car rack catches a lot of wind in the 80-90km/h which makes the top rack to go really loud, witch is unfortunate sense the most roads are 80km/h many put a panel up front of the rack to make it go away.

Amazing and friendly team, great customer service provided to make our journey as smooth as possible! Vehicle very clean inside and out which was lovely, would say the size of the vehicle differs from the pictures to in real life, we did expect the vehicle to be a lot bigger and when driving down bendy roads the drive didn’t feel great. The services inside the vehicle like the cooker, fridge and tent were amazing and overall we had a great experience with indie campers! Change photos of vehicle to more realistic

That vehicle was almost new one. So clean, so fresh. But be careful, if you turn on the fridge, the petrol will be done soon.
