More cooking utensils, bigger egg pan, coffee cups, bigger knife, scissors, soup ladle. A longer water hose with a reducing connection. One drawer under the clothes closet was bottomless. Two pull-out drawers in the kitchen had broken drawer bottoms The RV is spacious, we had a pleasant trip, we recommend the RV for rent

Tout était parfait et efficace, rien à redire. La location de ce véhicule était très simple et ce dû une magnifique expérience !

Everything was perfect and efficient, nothing to complain about. Renting this vehicle was very easy and it made for a wonderful experience!

- donner une liste de camping où aller - donner de meilleures explications concernant le paiement des péages - une couette en plus si jamais il fait froid Van aménagé et fonctionnel, facile à conduire, confortable pour 2 personnes. Être à 4 dedans nous semble plus compliqué mais est faisable (petite salle de bain avec casiment pas de place). Il faut s’organiser au niveau des endroits où loger avant de partir afin de profiter pleinement du voyage . Et sinon … bonne route avec Indie Campers !

- give a list of campsites to go to - give better explanations about paying tolls - an extra duvet if it's cold. Fitted and functional van, easy to drive, comfortable for 2 people. Being 4 in it seems more complicated to us but is feasible (small bathroom with almost no space). You have to organize yourself in terms of where to stay before leaving in order to fully enjoy the trip. And otherwise ... have a good trip with Indie Campers!

By providing a little more things: a spray to clean, a kitchen towel, scissors, a peeler and some basic spices to the first night. General information about driving on Floridian highways would be nice too (it's very different from Europe) 4 stars because the heating was not working.

The fee paid for extra vehicle miles purchased but not used should be REFUNDABLE. I purchased extra 50 miles per night up front. Due to change in plans, I did not even use the allotted 75 miles per night. This represents little to no cost for Indie Campers. These miles were not used. There was no extra wear and tear to the vehicle. I am willing to pay a small service fee, but the main amount of $200 should be refunded. I say this in the light of a vehicle damage fee of $2,700 I am already paying. My overall experience with Indie Campers was good. I would like see Indie Campers as a FAIR company eager to do the right thing for customer. It would be a shame to ruin this by not offering the refund I feel is justly called for. Intentamos arrendarlo por un día más, pero desafortunadamente no hay una opción amigable dentro de la página web, podrían mejorar eso, intentamos mandar mail, llamar y no hubo respuesta, hubiera sido más fácil también si cuando lo recogimos nos hubieran ayudado con eso, ya que apenas lo fuimos a buscar preguntamos si podíamos arrendarlo por otro día más Fuera de eso, nos encanto y volveríamos felices a repetir la experiencia! Muuuy comoda, es increíble lo rápido y fácil de armar tanto la cocina como la carpa de techo, les recomiendo alquilarlo!

We tried to rent it for one more day, but unfortunately there is no user-friendly option on the website, they could improve that, we tried to send an email, call and there was no response, it would have been easier if they had helped us with that when we picked it up, since as soon as we went to pick it up we asked if we could rent it for another day Other than that, we loved it and would happily repeat the experience! Very comfortable, it is incredible how fast and easy it is to set up both the kitchen and the roof tent, I recommend renting it!

Tan solo faltaba en el coche la documentación. El resto, todo perfecto. Ha sido una aventura en familia Maravillosa!! Nos gustó viajar en la caravana y poder parar donde nos apetecía. Todo funcionaba bien y es sencillo. Fuimos 4 personas y cada uno tenia su espacio!! Lo super recomiendo, ha sido una muy buena elección y lo recomiendo. Sin duda repetiremos en alguna otra ocasión. The only thing missing from the car was the documentation. The rest, everything was perfect. It was a wonderful family adventure!! We enjoyed travelling in the caravan and being able to stop wherever we wanted. Everything worked well and it was simple. There were 4 of us and each one had their own space!! I highly recommend it, it was a very good choice and I recommend it. We will definitely be back on another occasion. Many thanks to the Indie Campers team!!♥️

A lighter would have been nice to be included and spray oil for Pam’s in kitchen kit.

Il mezzo fornito sembrava nuovo, aveva una buona meccanica Ford e buoni impianti. Non abbiamo avuto problemi per batteria di servizi e impianto pannelli solari, frigorifero, pompa acqua, scarico, cucina e microonde. Buona autonomia delle batteria di servizio. Il generatore e l’aria condizionata non sono stati usati quindi non so. Il riscaldamento non funzionava perché il termostato sembrava troppo fragile e non teneva la posizione. La porta della cellula abitativa non si chiudeva dall’esterno ed era necessario chiudere dall’interno e poi uscire dalla Portiera del passeggero. Abbiamo richiesto le lenzuola ma una delle due era inutilizzabile perché più piccola del materasso. Lo schienale della seduta del tavolo verso il sedile guida, che serviva anche per salire sul Letto sopra era rotto e non teneva la Posizione. Forse era possibile ovviare con una scaletta alla consegna la persona presente su nostra richiesta ha provato a sistemarlo ma non era possibile. Il fondo dei cassetti e i bordi delle finestre non erano saldi e le cose uscivano dai cassetti perdendosi nei mobili. Infine mancava un’ anta dell’armadio principale, ma c’erano molti mobiletti e mensole che hanno risolto il Problema. Alla Partenza ci hanno comunicato che avrebbero inviato il Contratto con allegate le Foto anche dei km indicati ma le foto non c’erano e quindi non è stato possibile fare la stima corretta dei km utilizzati. Sempre alla partenza non è stato avviato il frigorifero da chi ha consegnato il camper e non c’erano istruzioni disponibili. Avevamo dei farmaci salva vita con noi che andavano conservati in frigo e per la prima notte è stato necessario consegnarli alla reception del campeggio x una corretta conservazione. Siamo riusciti ad avviarlo solo A tarda sera perché abbiamo già un nostro camper e abbiamo fatto alcuni tentativi. Inoltre un consiglio: consegnate il camper con il pieno di benzina acqua e gas, così da poterlo riconsegnare pieno. È molto Più facile che avere 3/4 di gas, ecc… Check out onesto rispetto alle condizioni del camper. Apprezzati i 4 asciugamani asciugamani offerti alla partenza. C’è stato un problema alla prenotazione e alla conferma rispetto ai Km Compresi nel prezzo. Non è stato possibile risolverlo on Line ma solo sul posto Il camper ha buona meccanica e impianti buoni e una buona autosufficienza. Vanno sistemate alcune cose non importanti ma che rischiano di avere un primo Impatto negativo e che riguardano soprattutto i mobili interni. Serve più accuratezza nelle istruzioni alla partenza, soprattutto se le persone che noleggiano non sono mai state in camper. Noi ci siamo arrangiati perché avevamo esperienza ma chi non lo sa sarebbe stato in difficoltà

The vehicle provided seemed new, had good Ford mechanics and good systems. We had no problems with the service battery and solar panel system, refrigerator, water pump, drain, kitchen and microwave. The heating did not work because the thermostat seemed too fragile and did not hold the position. The door of the living area did not close from the outside and it was necessary to close it from the inside and then exit from the Passenger door. We asked for sheets but one of the two was unusable because it was smaller than the mattress. The back of the table seat towards the driver's seat, which was also used to climb onto the Bed above was broken and did not hold the Position. Perhaps it was possible to fix it with a ladder at the delivery, the person present at our request tried to fix it but it was not possible. The bottom of the drawers and the edges of the windows were not firm and things came out of the drawers and got lost in the furniture. Finally, a door was missing from the main wardrobe, but there were many cabinets and shelves that solved the Problem. At Departure they told us that they would send the Contract with attached photos of the km indicated but the photos were not there and therefore it was not possible to make a correct estimate of the km used. Also at departure, the refrigerator was not started by the person who delivered the camper and there were no instructions available. We had some life-saving drugs with us that had to be kept in the fridge and for the first night it was necessary to deliver them to the reception of the campsite for correct storage. We managed to start it only Late in the evening because we already have our own camper and we made a few attempts. Also a tip: deliver the camper with a full tank of petrol, water and gas, so that you can return it full. It is much Easier than having 3/4 gas, etc... Honest check out with respect to the conditions of the camper. The 4 towels offered upon departure were appreciated. There was a problem with the booking and confirmation regarding the Km Included in the price. It was not possible to resolve it online but only on site. The camper has good mechanics and good systems and is self-sufficient. Some things that are not important but that risk having an initial negative impact and that mainly concern the interior furniture need to be fixed. More accuracy is needed in the instructions at departure, especially if the people renting have never been in a camper. We made do because we had experience but those who do not know would have been in difficulty

Floors were clean to the eye but made socks black. Would be nice to have cleaner floors. Otherwise bang on, great service.
