It's a bit complicated to check in, but overall the experience is good. The third bed is quite complicated to set up because there are no instructions.

Aforementioned comments on the treatment from the team, truly lovely team, not out to get you like some hiring facilities. Van was fantastic, everything it was made up to be and everything worked perfectly. We will be using indie campers in the future, hopefully on our next trip around Canada! One of the best experiences in Norway! Everything was smooth and easy. Support was always handy. Staff was polite, kind as well, and very patient. They were super helpful. Loved the motorhome.. everything was functional and zero hiccups..

Absolutely great experience! The van was basically brand new - no issues at all. Collection was easy with Mario and drop off with Tony the same!! Really knowledgeable and friendly. Wonderful service and holiday!!

We were unaware how difficult it would be to refill the propane tanks. If locations could be provided so people can plan into their route where they might need to go to refill, as petrol stations did not allow refills, only exchanges.
