Ofcourse there is some visible wear and tear that can be expected of a rented RV. It was all perfectly noted and documented in the contract. Helpline shouldn't be an AI - you should be connected directly to a human when you have an inquiry. Antonio from Porto Pickup Center was extremely helpful and explained everything to us newbies in detail and very patiently - drank you so much!

Nothing, everything was perfect. The camper van was well equipped, clean and as advertised. The communication with pick up, drop off and the indie assist team was brilliant. All in all a perfect hire thank you Indie Campervans . Brilliant service all round, great team thank you.

Outside was not very clean, so it was hard to tell if there were scratches and such already. Though if small scratches are not of concern it's all fine and dandy.
Would be good to let people know before reserving about the vehicle not having a shower. That was a bigger surprise.

The battery wasn't charged on pick up. The battery capacity could have been better. 95ah only. I have 260ah in my van Although the vehicle is quite basic it was adequate for a two week stay with occasional nights in camp sites to top up the battery.

The shower door couldn’t close because the doorknob falls off on the inside, because of this I couldn’t shower in the van. Also, the gas stove didn’t always work as good so might need to be checked as well. But overall I had a good experience and enjoyed the van!

João, the guy who delivered the van to us, was super friendly, he explained everything we needed. The van was perfect, we didn't have any problems.
