The inside of the camper wasn’t super clean. And you have to sign off that it is ok with the guy standing there. You’re excited to go and want to get moving so you sign. But the camper insides could definitely be cleaner. Overall though, the van was great! No problems. Just go!

This is the second time that I rent with Indie Camper and I do think that this was a better experience. Overall, the RV was so clean. The only part that was dirty was the bed above the driver and passenger seats. I know that you guys have pre recorded the videos on how the campers work, but a quick refresher about how to dump the black and grey water tanks would have been great. Indie Camper is the best! They are quick to answer questions and make sure that you are on the road having the best experience. I hope to continue to use Indie Camper for years to come!

The inside was a little dirtier than we expected but overall it was very nice and as expected! Very good and would rent from Indie again :)

Everything was super easy Had an amazing 2weeks with our jeep wrangler, check in and check out was super easy. Highly recommend the jeep for ease of camping and driving through US roads. We did ~2400mi in total and it was a breeze.

The RV itself wasn't the highest quality but that is kind of what I expect in a rental. Drawers and other parts fell out / off during our trip or while we were driving. Otherwise though, everything was stellar. The employees we interacted with were all so kind and wonderful. We had a great time and experience. Personally, I thought the size was perfect for 2 adults. I'm not sure if I'd recommend our size camper for any larger of a group or 2 adults and more than 1 child. I would also suggest adding a TV (or the option) for parents traveling with children. Or at least be clear it doesn't have one. Didn't bother us adults but I could see that being an issue with kids.

All went well Our van was missing the power cord. It didn’t affect us much at all as we were camping mostly where there wasn’t power available. That would have been an issue if we were counting on using it. Outside of that, everything was great. Local team was awesome.

The initial pick-up tour glossed over alot of information and could be more comprehensive. The bedding kit gave us 2 fitted sheets so the top sheet wasn't really usable. The waste outlet pipe should include the sloped supporting structures to help connect properly into camp waste water systems. We got a brand new Class C Four Winds RV and we were super happy with it! It was our first time renting an RV and the driving and systems were nothing to be afraid of. We had such an amazing time driving through Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado! Would highly recommend Indie Campers!

Having kitchen supplies in a tote is a bit impractical. You’re constantly moving the tote around. Maybe a bag would be easier to tuck away. Great van. Easy to use. Quick pick up and drop off. Clean. Would rent again!

Grey water was not emptied in our vehicle but they fixed it quickly once we brought it to their attention! Check engine light came on almost immediately after leaving the lot, cycled through a bunch of service warnings, but none were urgent warnings. Added a bit of extra stress but ultimately the vehicle made it through our trip fine!

An air freshener would be great at pick up. Great experience using the camping van.

Wir haben aus Deutschland aus gebucht und alles hat einwandfrei bei der Buchung und Bezahlung funktioniert. Einweisung vor Ort war super freundlich und pünktlich. Über die Sauberkeit lässt sich streiten, da sind wir aber sehr penibel. Ein Werkzeugkasten war nicht im Fahrzeug, was für kleinere Reparaturen sehr hilfreich wäre. Wasser, Abwasser, Tank hat alles geklappt. Bei der Abholung wären volle Sprit und Gasbehälter super, die man dann auch voll zurück bringt. So kann man dann direkt los. Bei der Abgabe des Campers wurden wir lieb empfangen, alles wurde kontrolliert und es ging super schnell. Wir hatten vorher etwas recherchiert und für die Preis/Leistung würden wir immer wieder buchen !! Danke an das Team :)

We booked from Germany and everything worked perfectly when booking and paying. The instructions on site were super friendly and punctual. The cleanliness is debatable, but we are very meticulous about that. There was no toolbox in the vehicle, which would be very helpful for minor repairs. Water, sewage, tank, everything worked. When picking up the vehicle, full fuel and gas containers would be great, which you then return full. That way you can get going straight away. When we returned the camper, we were given a warm welcome, everything was checked and it went super quickly. We had done some research beforehand and for the price/performance we would book again and again!! Thanks to the team :)

The Solis air was Great Experience! The Solis Air was great! Slept family of 4 very comfortably. It was easy to drive up, down and through all of the twisty mountain roads. Zero problems pulling in and out of parking lots and parking spaces. Fits in any camping spot too!!! 21 ft long. Anything a tent camper might rent, this van fits in that space. So finding an spot to camp for the night is easy with this van. The Team at San Francisco Indie is amazing with customer service and their knowledge of the vehicles. Gold Star!! Richard and Nic are very knowledgeable of the vehicles and how they should operate, super easy to talk to as well. We overlooked a dental retainer and a book in the van while clearing out and returning the van. Called the office, Nic went above and beyond to help get those items back to us. Gold Star! Check in and check out was super smooth and easy. It's comforting to deal with normal people who are down to earth. Thanks again! We will be back next year!

More thorough review of van functions for those who have never used one before. Josh from the Los Angeles location was very helpful at check out!! Only issue with the van was the hose for water refill, incorrect size. Otherwise, everything was great! Would rent an Indie van again :)

The check-in was easy and straightforward, we got on the road quickly and were off on our vacation! There were a couple of things that came up along the trip: - The key fob randomly wouldn't work sometimes, so we had trouble locking and unlocking the vehicle. We could use the actual key to lock the driver-side door but we were unclear whether that was locking the other doors as well. - The shower door does not keep water from leaking out of the shower, so when we did shower we had to put a towel on the floor because so much water was leaking out. - The grey water valve was loosely attached to the tank, and one time when we were emptying the grey water, the whole valve piece detached and we had to replace it and tighten the pipe clamp to get it to stay on. Overall, the travel experience was great but those were just small things that came up that we thought you should be aware of. I would recommend Indie Campers to anyone! The staff was super kind and patient and explained everything well to us at check-in and check-out. The trip went smoothly and we only had to reach out to roadside assistance to inquire about tire pressure to make sure we were filling the tires to the right PSI. We stayed on public lands for the whole 8 days we traveled, so we did not pay for a campsite and never needed shore power! The heat worked well enough, the lowest temp we camped in was about 28 and we were toasty in the van. It was very smooth to drive, and the carplay setup ensured we had good music and podcasts entertaining us the whole way.

The van was not super clean on the inside with dirty dishes in the kitchen kit. The cleaning product that was used was overpowering in scent. It would have been nice to have an inverter. Those helping us were great.
