The campers are required to be returned cleaned inside by the clients. However, I suggest adding a layer of cleaning by your company inbetween clients because it was not very clean inside. The mattresses were very dirty and full of stains, we even found a deodorant cap from previous clients under it. Otherwise a nice experience.

The guys at the Venice depot are extremely helpful. The camper was in excellent condition, like new. I would recommend: - install on campers with supplied cylinders to equip them with a pressure gauge, to check the capacity. - check the initial checklists (in my case the nomad was without an electric cable and a hose for loading water) loading them perhaps in a separate box like the provisions). - in case of need for assistance have a call-center also in Italian. - in case of early delivery (by 13:30) provide for the reimbursement of the extra for late delivery at 19:30.
